III. Operation of Meetings Generally
- Do Not Share Any Competitively Sensitive Information - Discussion of competitively sensitive topics must not occur. In particular, there will be no discussion of prices or pricing policies, costs, markets, individual competitors or customers, product plans, or particular terms and conditions of sales of any member.
- Confine Discussions to Official Meetings - Discussions are to be limited only to official meetings. Each meeting will be preceded by a notice and agenda sent to the participants, and minutes will be kept of all Steering Committee meetings. However, informal technical discussions between individual engineering representatives concerning matters that promote the technical objectives of the WGNA are permitted.
- Selection of Appropriate Company Representatives - The representatives to the WGNA should be employees with technical expertise appropriate to the issue under consideration, and should, if possible, not be employees having more front-line competitive responsibilities (e.g., salespeople)
