It is the desire and intention of the WGNA and its members to operate and conduct business in a manner that complies with applicable law, including but not limited to US and foreign antitrust laws. Without limiting the foregoing, all members will comply with the WideBand Gigabit Networking Alliance Antitrust Guidelines (A current copy of which is attached to these Rules), and ensure that each of its representatives attending WGNA meetings has received a copy of such guidelines. |
