Incomplete proposals will be returned. The following information must be included in the proposal:
A description of the functional changes proposed and the benefits of those changes.
An assessment of the impact to the existing revision of the WGNA Standards and Specifications, and systems that conform to those Standards and Specifications.
An analysis of the hardware and software implications.
